Signature Vacation Homes provides high quality rental properties for stays anywhere from 4 nights to 6 months. We have a variety of different places that range from quiet bungalows by the beach to sprawling desert architecturals. We currently have properties in Venice Beach, Santa Monica, West LA, and Marina Del Rey.
Each of our properties is unique in style and character. All come standard with wireless internet, cable television, DVD players, and luxury bedding. Other unique features include hot tubs, salt water pools, lovely gardens, and rooftop decks. Some also include eco-friendly amenities such as bamboo floors, organic cotton sheets, and instant hot water systems. Most have flat screen TV's and some even come with personal computers for the guests to use during their stay. If there is something you require, let us know and we will do our best to find what you need.

From the moment of check-in a friendly member of our staff will greet you and take you through the property you have chosen. They will answer any questions that you may have about the home, neighborhood, or even suggestions on local attractions. Our staff is always happy to assist you.
All of us at Signature Vacation homes take great care in preparing the properties for your vacation to insure that even the smallest details have been addressed . We want you to feel at home during your stay with us. If you desire a private chef, in-home massages, or would like to be greeted with wine, cheese and charcuterie - let us know. If you are interested in renting your own home as a short-term rental please contact us. We work with many homeowners on a full-time basis renting out their homes as short term rentals. This arrangement offers flexibility and extra income, and also allows you much more control of your rental property. Reservations
- Reservations

In order to make a reservation, Signature Vacation Homes requires a 50% down payment upon booking to reserve the property. Your deposit will hold the dates you have chosen for that particular property. The balance on all rentals is due 30 days prior to check in. If the reservation is made within 30 days, the total rent is due immediately to confirm the reservation.
- Security Deposit

A security deposit is required on all rentals. It is due along with the payment upon booking the property. The security deposit is fully refundable as long as there are no damages to the property while the guest is occupying the home.
- Cancellation Policy

Guest may cancel a reservation no later than 30 days prior to their check-in date, in which case the guest shall receive a full refund of their deposit minus a $250.00 cancellation fee and any credit card processing fees that have incurred. If guest cancels within 30 days of their reservation, all deposits paid to date are non-refundable.

Signature Vacation Homes provides personal check-in service for each and every guest. Our check-in manager will coordinate your arrival and meet you at the house to give you the keys, familiarize you with the home, and answer any questions you may have.
